Dr. Bangsted graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University in 2006 and is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedics.  She holds additional certifications as a STOTT Pilates® mat instructor, ACE Massage Cupping practitioner, and is an APTA credentialed clinical instructor and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certified professional.

Dr. Bangsted has extensive experience in orthopedics and sports physical therapy and has taken dozens of courses in manual therapy, advanced 

orthopedics, pelvic floor physical therapy and the evaluation and treatmentof pregnant and postpartum women. She previously was employed for several years at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City, where in addition to her job as a senior therapist, she performed video analysis and strength and flexibility assessments on runners from around the world as part NYU's Running Lab. As a former runner and triathlete, and now a mom of two young children, Dr. Bangsted is passionate about her work and provides compassionate, expert care to help her patients reach their goals and feel their best selves.

Dr. DeLind graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University in 2006. She has 12 years of experience with sports and orthopedic clients with a focus on women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy. She is one of only six clinicians in Michigan with the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC). She holds certifications in STOTT Pilates® mat and reformer, Certified Kinesiology Taping Practitioner (CKTP), and is an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) credentialed certified clinical instructor. Dr. DeLind is a seasoned lecturer at Oakland University and Baker College on the topics of Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Women’s Health.  On a personal note she is an avid runner completing marathons and various other run distances, a Triathlete, and a mother of two. It was when she returned to sport after pregnancy that she realized the lack of care for women and the need to get information out about pelvic health, injury prevention, and help others return to sports and activities that we love.
