Pregnancy Fitness with Dr. DeLind

In this class you will learn how the body is changing during pregnancy and learn exercises to support these changes. This class will include STOTT pilates and therapeutic exercises that are modified for your needs during pregnancy. We will focus on posture, mobility, and stability of the body. The classes will run throughout the year with rolling enrollment. Medical clearance from your obstetrician is required for direct participation in this class. If you are having pain or the doctor has given you precautions a physical therapy evaluation is recommended. 

Postpartum fitness with Dr. DeLind

This class will focus on muscle recovery after having a baby. You will learn how your body has changed and what you can do to heal after labor and delivery. STOTT pilates and therapeutic exercises will be utilized to increase abdominal and pelvic support. You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have clearance from your obstetrician to start exercise. If you have complaints of pain or urinary incontinence a physical therapy evaluation is recommended before beginning this class. 

Note: If it is your first class please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a "getting to know you" form.

You have the option to pay online by invoice , over the phone, or in person at the time of service by credit card or check.  If you are paying at the class please arrive 5-10 minutes early to have time to check in and prepare for the class.
